How to make Assida | How to cook Tunisian Food



                             How to make Assida 

+ I know that already did How to make Assidat Zgougou , So If you didn't see it just click here . 
    What is Assida ? 
+ Assida is some kind of meal that they ate in the morning for breakfast . 
    How to make Assida ?
♦ Step 1 : 
   You need to get a tefal pan  .
(tefal pan is much easier to work with ) 
♦ Step 2 : 
   Put a little bit of Olive oil in it .
(Olive oil so healthy ) 
♦ Step 3 :
   Add some flour to the Olive oil .
(You can put the flour by how many people are going to eat ) 
Step 4 : 
    Mix the ingredients 
♦ Step 5 :
    Add a little bit of salt  
( NOt too much but a little bit )
♦ Step 6 :
    Mix everything together and start adding some water .
( You will notice some bubbles , but don't worry . Just , try your best to mix vey well ) 
( the mixter is like a liquid )
♦ Step 7 : 
   But your mixter on low heat and start mixing . 
( The most important thing to make this , is to mix and mix well ) 
 ♦ Step 8 :
   You will notice that your mixter start to thicken . 
   Then , Put it away  from the heat and start mixing in the walls of you pan until it becomes
Homogeneous . 
♦ Step 9 :
   When it beame Homogenous , put it on low heat and again start mixing on the walls of you pan . 
♦ Step 10 :
   When it doesn't stick you know it is ready to be served . 
♦ Step 11 : 
   Bring a dish and put some Olive oil in it . 
 ♦ Step 12 : 
   Put some sugar in another dish.
( Tunisian people eat assida with sugar , believe me , it tasts  amazing )
